FASTING AND ACTING IN SOLIDARITY Many activists and supporters who are unable to attend the Fast & Vigil will be fasting in Solidarity with us. In 2005, Rebecca Borunda of Strasburg, Colorado fasted June 29 July 2, 2005 in solidarity with those abolitionists meeting in Washington, D.C. Rebecca is also a "first faster" fasting on the first of every month. Nathan Marsh said "I'll be working at a summer camp in the Pocono mountains of PA...but I'll be there in spirit..." In 2002, death row residents in Illinois and friends like Ari Kohen in North Carolina and Maria Lambriex in the Netherlands fasted in solidarity. What about you?
