The Abolitionist Action Committee

AAC is an ad-hoc group of individuals committed to highly visible and effective public
education for alternatives to the death penalty through nonviolent direct action.

E-Squared recording artist Steve Earle has long been dedicated  to the abolition of the death penalty.  Since 1998, Steve has participated in Starvin' For Justice, each year giving a free show in front of the U.S. Supreme Court.  Unfortunately, due to a scheduling conflict, as of 3/20/02 Steve Earle is not expected to play this year (2002), but he promises to return next year. But others will play, so check back soon for details. For further details on the Fast & Vigil, click here.
